Where is my stuff?
Once your order is placed, it’ll ship it out within 3-5 business days. Once we ship it out, you will receive a tracking number via email and orders within the U.S. will usually be delivered within 2-5 days from shipping.
PRE-ORDER items will have an approximate shipping date listed in the item description.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Nope, but once orders are shipped within the US, they usually arrive in 2-5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S.
How are your shirts printed?
All shirts are screen printed by hand on 100% cotton Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tees using Green Galaxy Phthalate and PVC free water based inks.
There was an issue with my order…
All sales are final. But if we made a mistake with your order (i.e. we sent you the incorrect item or such) then please reach out within 30 days of your order date and we’ll correct the situation. If you order was damaged in transit, Deathly Chill Design Co. is not liable, please submit a claim with the shipment carrier. Save the packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized address by the shipping carrier. If the address cannot be validated, we will make every attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Deathly Chill Design Co. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
